Doug Sibcy
Prior to G3, Doug served as Pastor, and church planter, for Impact Community Church which in 2019 transitioned to G3 Community Church. Pastor Doug has served in a wide range of ministry positions including Pastor, Church Plant Missionary, Associate Pastor, Interim Pastor, Student Pastor and various lay-led leadership roles within the church.
Pastor Doug also serves as Chaplain for the Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, Ohio and is involved in other vocational endeavors . Doug has over 15-years experience in corporate sales, leadership and executive coaching.
The attributes that best describe our pastor are practical preaching, community leadership and pastoral counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like G3 Community Church where Biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them, and who want to connect others to the body of Christ.
Pastor Doug is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master in Theological Studies.
Pastor Doug has been happily married for 34-years to his wife, Diane. They have 2-daughters and 4-grandchildren (the Wild Bunch). Pastor Doug and Diane and long-term residents of Lebanon, Ohio where Pastor Doug was born and raised.
